Hosting by Wix

This website is hosted via the platform of Wix.com Ltd. (40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv, Israel). Wix stores personal data in data centers in the USA and Ireland. Wix's corporate headquarters is located in Israel, for which the European Commission has recognized an adequate level of data protection (adequacy decision). For data transfers to the USA, Wix relies on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses as well as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. When you access our website, technically necessary data (including IP address, browser type, and access time) is transmitted to and processed on Wix's servers in order to provide the website. Contacting Us

If you contact us via our website's contact form or by email, the data you submit to us will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing your inquiry or in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures/entering into a contract) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing your inquiry). Your submitted data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except with processors who support us in operating the website (see the "Hosting by Wix" section).

Instagram Feed

Our website features an embedded Instagram feed that displays our most recent Instagram posts. The provider of this service is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Meta").
When you visit our website, a connection to Meta's servers is automatically established to load the feed's content. In doing so, Meta may collect your IP address and other technical information (e.g., browser type, time of access) – regardless of whether you have an Instagram account or interact with the feed yourself.
The use of the Instagram feed is based on your consent under Art. 6(1) (a) GDPR, which you can grant or decline via our cookie banner. Meta also processes data in the US; this is based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), to which Meta has self-certified.

Email Communication via Gmail/Google Workspace

Our business email address (mail@patrickzeitlhuber.at) is hosted via the services of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (Gmail/Google Workspace). If you contact us by email, your message and the personal data it contains (e.g., your email address, your name, and the content of your inquiry) are processed and stored on Google's servers.
This processing takes place in order to handle your inquiry on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in functioning business communication). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Google. Appointment Management via Google Calendar

For the internal organization and management of scheduled appointments, we use Google Calendar, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When scheduling an appointment, we enter the necessary data (e.g., your name, contact details, and the date and time of the scheduled appointment) into our calendar. This data is stored and processed on Google's servers.
This processing takes place in order to fulfill or initiate the coaching or consulting agreement on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Google. Google also processes data in the USA; this is based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), to which Google has self-certified.
Your appointment data will be deleted upon completion of the respective coaching or consulting process, but no later than after 12 months. Further information:policies.google.com/privacy

Server Log Data

This website and its associated provider (Wix) automatically collect information in so-called "server log files" as part of website use. This concerns in particular:

• IP address or hostname

• Browser used

• Duration of visit as well as date and time

• Pages of the website accessed

• Language settings and operating system

• "Leaving page" (the URL via which the website was exited)

• Internet Service Provider (ISP)

This data generally constitutes personal data within the meaning of the GDPR. Its processing is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in the technical provision, stability, and security of the website. This data is not merged with other data sources. It is stored only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose of its collection — the technically error-free provision and security of the website — and is then automatically deleted as part of our hosting provider Wix's standard retention process.
The website operator reserves the right to review or analyze this data should unlawful activity become known.

 

Newsletter

You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter via our website. Delivery takes place via the newsletter function of Wix.com Ltd. integrated into our website. For this, we require your email address and your confirmation that you agree to receive the newsletter (double opt-in procedure). The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Wix (see also the "Hosting by Wix" section).
After signing up, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a link to confirm your subscription. You may unsubscribe at any time, either via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter or by email to mail@patrickzeitlhuber.at.
Your data stored in connection with the newsletter dispatch will be deleted promptly in the event of an unsubscription. The lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the point of withdrawal remains unaffected.
